I confirm that Ms. Lan Ting was employed as Trainer of Image Training for Clé de Peau Beauté on the date of 10 & 25 Nov, 2009.  Her job of image trainer carries the responsibilities of upgrading the image of our beauty advisors and giving guidance on grooming.

We highly appreciate Ms. Lan Ting's professionalism and enthusiasm during the training.  And she has done an excellent job and consistently delivered all expectations.  We look forward to working with Ms. Lan Ting in the future.

DYRBERG/KERN (2008)
Ms. Lan Ting was invited as a guest speaker at DYRBERG/KERN’s F/W 2008 Sales Meeting in Shanghai for our China based retailers.  She was given 3 hours for her Image Consultation training for our Chinese retailer partners along with their shop managers.

We were extremely impressed with the content she prepared where she spoke about the importance of Image, the principles behind image and how to utilize the principles to apply to real life work on the shop floor.

Ms. Lan delivered her key messages precisely with passion and was able to keep the audience engaged throughout her speech.  Her communication skills were full of positive enthusiasm and she utilized interactive mediums to get the audience involved.

As Brand Manager for DYRBERG/KERN in Asia-Pacific, I am also responsible for training our retailer partners and retail staff on seasonal collections and product knowledge. Hence, the addition of conducting an Image training session by Ms. Lan for our retail partners gave them added value in understanding various aspects of Image which may be rarely touched upon but is of utmost importance as it is also part of packaging a brand where the shop staff and their supervisors are the ambassadors for our brand.

We were happy to see our retail partners were left with great inspiration and picked-up new knowledge.  We look forward to working with Ms. Lan in our future trainings!

專業形象這個題目對於中國內地很多人來講,還算是一個比較少接觸的項目,特別是比較偏遠城市的職場人士,對形象的認識更是不足及不夠全面。但並不代表他們沒有這方面的需要,事實是剛好相反;隨著中國的富強,人民的財富和生活水平急速提升,更加需要專業形象這方面的知識,為急速發展步伐提升個人能力和裝備。

我們多次邀請藍婷為本行來自國內多個省市的高級管理層進行專業形象培訓講座,在短短半天內,學員掌握了什麼是專業形象、為什麼要建立專業形象、如何建立,對商務禮儀、社交禮儀、餐桌禮儀、儀容著裝等等都有了較全面的認識。藍婷的豐富工作背景及對形象教導的熱忱都令同事們留下深刻印象。當中更有不少學員取得藍婷的「生活形象Modern She」後紛紛要求簽名留念,大家都表示非常感謝藍婷的專業指導,啟動了大家從新對形象的認識及要求,深明行政人員的形象對企業的重要性、對個人工作及發展造就的感染力及帶動力。藍婷的說話內容及鼓勵推動大家實踐的理念,令同事們深感獲益良多。
